Usage:
1 , ready to DC power supply 5V, 1A (Available adjustable DC power supply , 5V / 1A charger )
2, the test tool CN1 to 5V / 1A power input , "5V" power cord positive , "GND" negative power cord .
3 , test tools L5 red indicator light indicates that power is turned on, the power supply is normal.
4, CN2 as Lightning 8Pin female extension interface , when the motherboard Lightning 8Pin female wear prolonged use may Lightning 8Pin female deputy board CN2 external .
5 , the motherboard USB female , Lightning 8Pin all female groups , functions exactly the same as a group as a backup .

Test method:
1, L5 red indicator light before the test operation
2, USB USB A male and female test tool data cable , Lightning 8Pin plug and motherboard Lightning 8Pin female cable connector
3 , observe testing tools four green LED lights completely for yield , any one LED lights are not bad products .
Test results to determine :
1, "L1 green lights ": Lightning 5V voltage output
2, "L2 green lights ": DATA encryption and authentication handshake (SDQ one-way communication encryption and authentication handshake )
3, "L3 green lights ": USB data transfer D- signal line is specified by the color white
4, "L4 green lights ": USB data transfer D + signal line is specified by the color green
Failure Analysis:
1, "L1 green lights " is not lit :
No Lightning 5V voltage output
(1), Lightning 8Pin plug for Weld even tin ;
(2), IC presence Weld ;
(3), MOS tube or without Weld ;
(4), USB A male plug welding the red line is good ;
(5), PCBA red line is soldered good .
2, "L2 green lights " is not lit :
No Lightning authentication handshake
(1), Lightning 8Pin plug for Weld even tin
(2), IC presence Weld.
3, "L3 green lights " is not lit :
No USB Data Transfer D- signal
( 1 ) Check whether the plug Lightning 8Pin Weld even tin ;
(2), USB A male plug welding white line is good ;
(3), PCBA white line is soldered good .
4, "L4 green lights " is not lit :
No USB data signal D +
( 1 ) Check whether the plug Lightning 8Pin Weld even tin ;

(3), PCBA green line is soldered good .
5, "L1, L2 green lights " is not lit :
